7-day returns and refunds

We offer a 7-day return and refund period after delivery. To request a return, contact sales@wantjoin.hk or WhatsApp +852 9496 6473 with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send goods to the business correspondence address without instructions.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the return arrangements, shipping costs and refund processing estimate for your order. These operational details are not a promise of an immediate refund.
